Modern Aesthetics & Lighting We swapped out the dim, flickering fixtures for recessed LED lighting and applied a fresh, cool grey palette. This instantly opened up the space, making the floor plan feel larger and more inviting for both staff and clients.
Functional Kitchen & Breakroom A highlight of the renovation is the new dedicated breakroom. We installed custom minimalist cabinetry in a matching grey tone, topped with durable granite style countertops. It’s a space built for both utility and style.
The Restroom Reveal Perhaps the most dramatic change occurred in the restroom. We replaced the cramped, basic vanity with a modern dark wood basin and a stunning LED-backlit mirror, bringing a touch of luxury to a purely functional space.
Cohesive Flooring To tie everything together, we removed the “patchwork” of old flooring and installed uniform, neutral tiling throughout the entire suite. This creates a seamless flow that stands up to high traffic commercial use while looking pristine.
