They started Limitless Construction in Dayton in 2018 and still run it themselves. Not as names on a website. As the two people who turn up.
They are on site every week because that is how you know what is actually happening on a job, rather than what a progress report says is happening. If something got agreed standing in your kitchen, it is not reaching the people running this company second hand.
They do not do it alone. Limitless runs dedicated crews, each one built around a single trade. That is how a two person front office can hand you a full commercial build-out or a whole house remodel and know every piece of it is being done by someone who does that piece for a living. Jack of all trades, master of all.
One contract, whatever the job turns into
Most jobs turn out bigger than they looked. You call about a leak and the ceiling underneath it has to come down too. You call about a flooded basement and the framing has to come out before anything new goes back in.
When that happens on a job split between separate companies, the extra work sits in the space between them, and you are the one making the calls to sort out whose job it is.
We are a general contractor, so it is ours to sort out instead. The roof, the ceiling underneath it and the paint that finishes it are one scope and one contract. When a job needs a trade we do not carry in house, it goes to the same partners we use job after job, not to whoever answered the phone that morning.
That is also why both of them are still on site every week. Somebody has to be watching the parts of a job that fall between trades. All five services are here.

A car came through the storefront. We rebuilt it, glass to knee wall, and dealt with the insurance side of it.
