Five things we do, and a crew for each one. Commercial build-outs, water and fire restoration, home remodeling, roofing and exteriors, and decks. Same contract, same phone number, whether the job is a storefront on Third Street or the back of your house.
Storefronts, offices and tenant spaces, built around your hours instead of ours. One contract from demolition to final punch list, and your doors stay open while we work.
Storm, flood, fire, or a vehicle through the front wall. We board up, dry it out, document the damage for your adjuster, and then rebuild it, which is the part most restoration companies hand to somebody else.
Kitchens, baths, basements, sunrooms and additions. The framing, drywall, paint and trim are each done by the crew that does that trade, so nobody disappears between trades and there is one person to call.
Roof repair and full replacement, gutters, soffit, fascia, siding and chimneys. If a repair will do the job we will tell you that rather than sell you a roof, and if water already reached a ceiling, the inside is the same contract.
Composite and wood decks built to survive Ohio winters, plus rebuilds, railing and stair repair on the decks still worth saving. We will tell you honestly which of those two yours is.
Most jobs turn out to be more than one of these. A leak is a roof and a ceiling. A flooded basement is restoration and then remodeling. Tell us what you are looking at and we will tell you which trades it actually needs.
Most of the trouble on a building job does not happen inside a trade. It happens in the handoff between them.
The roofer finishes and the drywall crew was never booked. The restoration company dries the building out and then leaves you to find somebody to rebuild it. Three companies each blame the other two for the thing in the middle, and you are the one holding the phone.
We are a general contractor, so those handoffs are internal. The roof, the ceiling underneath it and the paint that finishes it are one scope and one contract. When you want to know where the job stands, there is one number to call and somebody there knows the answer.
That is also why five services sit on one site rather than five separate ones. It is the same business and the same people.
None of these have a page of their own yet, and they come up often enough to be worth saying plainly. They run on the same contract and the same crews as everything above, so when one of them turns out to be part of a bigger job, it does not need a separate contractor or a separate conversation.
Dayton and everywhere inside about 25 miles of it. Pick a day on the calendar and we come out and look at the job on that day.

Phone answered 24 hours a day, storm and emergency calls included.
Both, and it is genuinely both rather than a residential company that will take a shop if it has to. The commercial side is storefronts, offices, tenant spaces and restrooms, worked around trading hours. The residential side is remodeling, roofing, restoration and decks.
The crews overlap, which is the point. A commercial tenant space and a house both need framing, drywall, paint and trim done in the right order by people who have done it before.
For a single trade job, no, and we will say so. If all you need is a fence, hire somebody who does fences.
It matters when the job crosses trades, which is most jobs once you open something up. Coordinating trades yourself means you own the sequencing, the standing around, and the argument when the tile crew arrives before the plumbing is signed off. On one contract that sequencing is our problem, and if we get it wrong it is still our problem.
The phone is answered around the clock, nights and weekends included, and you can book a day on the call instead of waiting for someone to ring you back.
How fast a crew starts depends on the job and, after a storm, on what the weather has just done to the whole area. We would rather give you a real date than a comforting one. Coming out to look at it is the fast part.
We document the damage properly, put the scope in writing, and deal with your adjuster directly so you are not relaying messages between two parties who both want the detail. That covers storm, water, fire and vehicle impact work.
What we will not do is tell you what your policy covers, because that is between you and your insurer and it varies by policy. We will also tell you when filing a claim is probably not worth it, which happens more often than the industry likes to admit. The restoration page goes through how that actually runs.
A small Dayton company, working since 2018, where the same people quote the job and then run it. You are not handed to a project manager who has never seen the site.
There is more about the guys behind it on the about page, and the projects are written up properly, with photographs taken during the work rather than a gallery of thumbnails.
Whether it is a storefront, a leak, a kitchen or a deck that has seen better winters, we will come out and look at it properly, document what we find, and put the price in writing. If we are the wrong people for it, you will hear that too.
